This residence embodies a refined expression of contemporary architecture rooted in contextual awareness. The design prioritizes clean lines, open volumes, and material clarity, while drawing subtle inspiration from the region’s traditional textures. The result is a modern home that feels both grounded and forward-looking.

At the core of the composition is a balanced palette of materials: natural stone and exposed concrete form the structural shell, providing visual weight. These elements are offset by large glass surfaces that invite natural light and frame expansive views, enhancing the spatial connection between interior and exterior.

The roof structure, made of wood and finished with aluminum sheeting, speaks to a careful integration of natural tactility and modern performance. The woven pergola, extends from the main living areas to create shaded outdoor spaces—an essential gesture in Mediterranean architecture, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.

While the material choices nod to local tradition, the architectural language is clearly modern: defined, functional, and open. This synthesis of robust, tactile materials with sleek, minimal forms results in a residence that is at once rooted in place and unambiguously of its time.
